These 16-storey condominium towers consist of 2 levels of underground parking, a 2-storey podium, and 14 stories of residential units. The towers are constructed primarily from reinforced concrete with light steel framing (LSF) for the exterior wind load bearing walls. The buildings are close to the shore of Kempenfelt Bay, which consisted of poor settling soils; therefore, the structures are supported on steel piles to provide adequate capacity for these high-rise buildings.
