Willington Gates Condo

This project is a 5-storey condominium located in Aurora, Ontario. The structure primarily consists of reinforced concrete for the walls, columns, beams, and sub grade structures, with masonry block walls for the elevator and stair cores. The upper floors were constructed using hollowcore precast planks to facilitate quicker construction. The poor soils throughout the site required the use of deep foundations, which in this case cast-in-place concrete piles were constructed.
