This project in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia involved a complete renovation of the entire hotel plus an addition at the rear for an enclosed pool area. Extensive problem solving skills were required here as hidden issues arose when exposing the existing structure. Our experience with structural steel and concrete was required, including a thorough knowledge of the building codes.
