Little Lake Seniors’ Residence

This is a 5-storey residence with a walkout basement specifically designed to accommodate Seniors and to provide them with excellent comforts and amenities. The main structure consists of load bearing block walls and precast hollowcore slabs. To make the wide-open amenity spaces work we implemented structural steel up the full-height of the building. The exterior facade is backed with metal studs and the parapets are framed with metal stud. The building is supported on conventional plain and reinforced footings.
