This project in Toronto involved a complete renovation of the entire hotel plus extensive roof and parapet additions. Extensive problem solving skills were required here as hidden issues arose when exposing the existing structure. Our experience with structural steel and concrete was required, including a thorough knowledge of the building codes. There were many iterations completed to help meet specific Pearson Airport and City of Toronto requirements.
