SWS Engineering Inc. worked together with MCL Architects to design 3 single-storey commercial buildings. The 3 buildings were of similar construction using structural steel, OWSJs, metal deck, and masonry block walls. The buildings were supported on conventional concrete pad and strip footings. These buildings were constructed with relatively few problems and were completed in a timely manner. The pylon sign was also designed by SWS Engineering Inc.
