This 6-storey hotel has a basement and underground parking, including an exterior parking deck. The base of the hotel to the ground floor was constructed using reinforced concrete. The upper floors use masonry block walls, structural steel columns and beams, and precast hollowcore slabs. The hotel included a convention centre and a 2-storey pool area.
